How WARNOCKULAR helped The Office Web develop a Web3 platform built for the next era of creators

The creator economy is evolving fast, however, the platforms that serve it often lag behind. While creators build communities, audiences, and content at unprecedented scale, many still lack true ownership of their work, their audiences, and their data. The Office Web (Montreal, Quebec) set out to change that.

As a next-generation digital innovation studio, The Office Web was building a suite of Web3 products designed to empower creators and communities through ownership, transparency, and direct value exchange.

WARNOCKULAR was brought in to help guide the strategic direction, digital architecture, and creative positioning of two key brands in their portfolio: Contnt and CraveMe (coming soon).

Setting the Stage for Web3 Adoption

Web3 technology offers massive potential but its success depends on clarity and trust. Early blockchain projects often failed to connect with mainstream users because they led with jargon, not purpose.

WARNOCKULAR’s role began with reframing that narrative.

Together with The Office Web leadership, we developed a strategic framework to help communicate the value of decentralized ownership without alienating traditional users.

The focus was on human language, intuitive experience, and product storytelling that connected emotionally before introducing technology.

“Our approach was to make Web3 feel less like an unfamiliar niche buzzword and help The Office Web develop a narrative to bridge between familiar Web2 and forward-thinking Web3 cultures.”
— Jonathan Warnock, Founder & Head of Product Strategy, WARNOCKULAR

Contnt: Redefining Creative Value

The first platform, Contnt, was built to help creators monetize and control their work directly without intermediaries or opaque algorithms.

WARNOCKULAR’s role spanned strategy, UX design, and product architecture alignment. We helped shape:

  • The core product narrative around creative sovereignty and fair value exchange
  • A simplified onboarding flow that abstracted blockchain complexity for mainstream users
  • The tokenomics framework connecting content engagement with creator rewards
  • The visual design language and UI system for Contnt’s early MVP and investor presentations

The result was a platform that made decentralized publishing feel familiar by merging the ease of Web2 social platforms with the transparency and equity of Web3.

Contnt positioned itself not as another “creator tool,” but as a new model of creative ownership.

CraveMe: The Social Layer of Ownership

Building on Contnt’s foundation, The Office Web expanded its ecosystem with a new concept, CraveMe, a social discovery and engagement platform for creators exclusively in the adult content space.

CraveMe used blockchain not as a novelty, but as infrastructure for a more authentic, data-respecting social experience.

WARNOCKULAR helped define the product’s market position, aligning its UX design and go-to-market messaging with the emerging culture of Web3 fandom and social collectibles.

Our team developed:

  • The brand identity and digital system for CraveMe
  • The content and communications strategy to bridge Web2 and Web3 audiences
  • Product interface concepts demonstrating “proof of craving” as a shareable, ownable action

“We wanted CraveMe to make owning digital moments about the emotional connection first, blockchain second.”
— Jonathan Warnock

Designing for the Future of Ownership

Both Contnt and CraveMe were built around a shared principle: returning value and agency to creators.

WARNOCKULAR’s contribution spanned not just creative execution, but structural guidance that helped The Office Web connect its brand promise to functional, market-ready experiences.

This meant rethinking:

  • How identity and trust are expressed in decentralized environments
  • How to onboard users without requiring technical literacy
  • How to make complex systems feel human, elegant, and useful

The continued collaboration between The Office Web and WARNOCKULAR is helping to transform experimental Web3 ideas into tangible, consumer-ready products with real-world resonance.

The Outcome

By the time the Contnt technology entered pilot release, The Office Web had evolved from a bold concept studio into a functional Web3 ecosystem brand.

The products launched with a clear market story, cohesive design language, and technology architecture positioned for scalability that has very real potential in multiple industries.

Each platform represented a step toward a new kind of digital relationship—one built on transparency, creativity, and mutual value between creators and their audiences.

“Our partnership with The Office Web is about designing for ownership, not just in code, but in culture.”
— WARNOCKULAR Team Statement

The Takeaway

The Office Web’s Web3 ventures highlight what happens when visionary technology meets thoughtful design. Together, we proved that Web3 doesn’t have to be intimidating. Web3 can be beautiful, intuitive, and deeply human.

Through strategy, structure, and storytelling, WARNOCKULAR helped transform The Office Web’s ambitions into a set of digital products built for the next generation of creators and communities.

The future of content isn’t just about what you create, it’s about what you own.
